Demonstrated expertise in leading, designing, and winning design competitions for billion-dollar Onshore and Offshore projects, FPSO, Petrochemical, Refinery, Gas Plants, LNG, and complex projects from Concept to Commissioning.

Mastered software skills: HYSYS, HTRI, FLARENET, FLARESIM, PIPENET, OLGA, ICARUS, Monte Carlo Simulations, and Advanced Excel. Professionally worked 30+ years in 25+ countries across 100+ Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, and Offshore projects with major MNCs (Fluor, Bechtel, Technip, Samsung, McDermott, Kvaerner, EIL, SMOE) and clients (Reliance, NNPC, BP, Chevron, Total, Pertamina, Petronas, IOCL, ONGC, KNPC, PDO, Qatar Energy, Sonahess, Orcrude, NIOC, etc.).

Other Major Achievements

Recently developed AI-ML driven technologies, mainly the Project Management Simulator and Project Chaser "ProChase". ProChase develops a project from scratch to Level 5 details, binds contract scopes, creates ERP/SAP database of activities to be chased by engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, PMC, and clients — all in one platform.

COVID Fighter

During 2020–22, he developed a breathing device to save medics even before the first phase struck India. Testing and approvals took time; the device, made with CSIR-CSIO and tested at CSIR-IMTECH and CSIR-NPL, could not be deployed in time. Though approved by TDB for 50 lakhs, the project was dropped as COVID declined.

Two Models Patented

1. Dry Type: 99.99% destruction of COVID virus for breathable air.
2. Wet Type: 99.99% destruction with chemical sparger addition.

His In-duct HVAC sanitizer system (UVC-based) was shared with CSIR and later installed in Parliament and government offices. Models were designed for panels, rooftop ducts, in-room AHUs, buses, and flights.

Spiritual Achievements

Mr. Pramendra founded Sankhyayog Sanatan Dharm Parishad (www.humanityisreligion1.com) to promote a scientific and humanitarian understanding of Sanatan Dharma based on the Srimad Bhagwad Gita and Vedanta. He published books and videos to spread this message.
