About Ideamines

Ideamines is committed to developing indigenous technologies across process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical design, piping engineering, and control systems. We support MSMEs and EPC companies by delivering engineering, design, fabrication, project management, and on-site troubleshooting solutions for both new EPC projects and ongoing operations.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ideamines quickly developed several disinfection and safety technologies—even before the first large outbreaks in Europe. Working with CSIR, CSIO, CSIR-IMTECH, and IITs, the team created medical support and breathing-assist devices to protect frontline medical staff. Although the Technology Development Board sanctioned funding, regulatory testing lagged as case numbers fell; meanwhile one HVAC technology was deployed in the Indian Parliament through CSIR.

Over the past 25 years, Ideamines has designed and prototyped more than twenty technologies; many are tested, certified and some patented. We continue to seek industry partners, promoters and beta-testing collaborators to bring these innovations to scale.

Technologies

ProChase Project Management Simulation Software

Automates Level 5 Scheduling, contract scoping, in-situ execution at L5 activities level on an ERP-like system, accessible by hundreds of reasons. Speeds up project execution and monetization, avoids delays, mismanagement, and improves control—from tendering to completion and project handover. Offers 24×7 live progress updates and dynamic day-to-day planning.

V-treat Breathing device

Made in association with CSIR CSIO, tested for Covid virus at CSIR IMTECH, CSIR NPL, and contributed. Although device was ready in first phase, but testing and approvals took 2 years. Approved by TDB for 50 lakhs grants, but at the time when Covid was phasing out, hence project dropped.

In-duct HVAC Sanitizer System

UVC based, Several models designed for vertical panels, roof top ducts, and In Room AHUs /Busses Flights etc with Portable Inserts - see video. This technology was casually donated to CSIR CSIO in friendly gesture, without written contract. Later they installed it in Parliament and Many government offices and became very successful. Un fortunately due to government rules, i had to buy back licensed TOt from CSIO of my own technology. :)

City Waste Incinerator with Rotary Conveyor

City Waste Incinerator with Rotary conveyor: this incinerates multiple types of plastic, paper food waste in one go, and enable variable time to complete incinerato of objects. This can clean cities of solid wstes, and enable clean smoke by scrubbing and absorbing CO2/CO. almost all metro cities have big heap of waste, and cities can get rid of bad smells, and other unwanted ecosystems around, as well as produce raw materials for bricks , cement and other industries.

Parali Incinerator: it is to enable villagers and factory owners or Residnetial societies to incienrate waste locally , using Scurbbers that prevents cox, NOx impurities as well a sparticulates going to environment. and only clean smoke is released.
